Caldwell is the Chairperson of the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce Foundation, graduate of Leadership Greater McHenry County and Leaders In Action, member of the Barrington, Crystal Lake, McHenry, Woodstock Chambers of Commerce, National Speakers Association, Women in Management, International Coaches Federation, and Society of Human Resource Management.

On a personal note,  Kathleen is the proud wife of McHenry County Circuit Court Judge, Michael T. Caldwell. She is also the joyful aunt to Brianna, Emily, Alec, Madeline, Abigail, Ava, Olivia and Will.  Kathleen’s accomplishments include running two 26.2 mile Marathons.
